Jojoba Eye Pencil

For applying eye pencil to the top eyelid, dot along the lash line where the lashes meet the skin.

Then, connect the dots with a sweeping line along the eyelid.

For a darker appearance, apply one or more layers of lines.

For the lower eyelid, apply on the inner rim as close to the lashes as possible.
