Cancellation Policy

In order to offer you the best experience, we recommend you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. It will allow us to start your treatment at the booked time.
In the event of any delay, the treatment will be honored for the remaining time and the full amount of the treatment originally scheduled will be charged.

In the event of cancellation or modification 24 hours or less before your service, a fee of 50% will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of your reservation, without exception.

Shipping, Return & Promotional Policy

Shipping & In-Store Pick Up

For Canada, delivery is free of charge for all orders of $135 and over. Otherwise, a fixed fee of $13.95.

All stock orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days of purchase, Monday to Friday at noon, Eastern Time. If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and high season.

At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska).

We do not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.

By placing an order, customers from the U.S. consent and are responsible for payment of potential customs and duty fees.

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number for any purchase of $25 or more. If you have not received the email (even in your "spam" folders), please send an email to hello@beautieslab.co and we can help you troubleshoot.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 15 days after the purchase or receipt of your order to return an unopened or unused item, whether it was purchased online or in-store. Please have your receipt ready and allow us 1 to 2 working days to process the return.

If the return is made 7 days or less after the purchase date, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For returns made between the 8th and 15th day after purchase, the refund will be issued via a gift card of the initial purchase value, unless otherwise specified by our team.

Unless otherwise specified by a member of our team, return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of CAD$2 will also be deducted from the refund. Please return or exchange your order in-store to avoid these fees.

If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please inform us within 48 hours.

Please write to us at hello@beautieslab.co describing your issue, the product used, any other products used in combination if applicable, and send us photos of the reaction.

We will respond within 2 working days at the latest.

Promotions

All sale items, discounted items, or gifts with purchase are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All gift cards and electronic gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Packages are not eligible for any additional discounts, including email incentives.

Our physical and online locations are free of cash! Online, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diners Club. In store, we accept debit, Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard.
