Cancellation Policy

In the event of any delay, the treatment will be honored for the remaining time and the full amount of the treatment originally scheduled will be charged.

In the event of cancellation or modification 24 hours or less before your service, a fee of 50% will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of your reservation, without exception.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy

Shipping & In-Store Pick Up

Delivery is free of charge for all orders of $105 and over. Otherwise, a fixed fee of $11.95.

All stock orders will be processed within 3 to 5 days of purchase, Monday to Friday at noon, Eastern Time. If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and weekends.

For the moment, we only ship to Canada.

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number for any purchase of $25 or more. If you have not received the email (even in your "spam" folders), please send an email to hello@beautieslab.co and we can help you troubleshoot.

Returns & Exchanges

We like the products we offer, but if something is not for you, we have a return policy. Online purchases can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order, using the original payment method.

We do not accept articles that have been opened. All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The cost of returning to Beauties Lab is the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee of $2 (CAD) will be deducted from the refund. Please return or exchange your order in store to prevent this charge.

You have 15 days to return your item. Please have your purchase receipt on hand. For items that are sealed and unused, a full refund will be made using the original payment method.

It is possible to return an online purchase to the store. Please make sure to bring your order number and the items you are returning so that we can handle your return. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing the return. The refund will be made according to the original payment method.

Our physical and online locations are free of cash! Online, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diners Club. In store, we accept debit, Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept international credit cards.
