Cancellation Policy
In order to offer you the best experience, we recommend you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. It will allow us to start your treatment at the booked time.
In the event of any delay, the treatment will be honored for the remaining time and the full amount of the treatment originally scheduled will be charged.
In the event of cancellation or modification 24 hours or less before your service, a fee of 50% will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of your reservation, without exception.

Shipping Policies
Shipping
For Canada, delivery is free of charge for all orders of $135 and over. Otherwise, a fixed fee of $13.95.
Shipping of Orders
All stock orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days of purchase, Monday to Friday at noon, Eastern Time. If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and high season.
Once your order is being processed, we cannot guarantee any modification to it.
Online orders are not shipped from our stores, and the staff there do not have any information about your order. If you need assistance with your order, please email us at operations@beautieslab.co
Shipping Issues
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or for non-reclamation, we will charge a fee of $13.95 + tax, whether you wish to receive your order again or cancel it. We can't assume that many shipping charges for an error on your part. Be sure to verify your information and track your package with the tracking number you receive by e-mail.
International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship to Canada.
We do not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.
Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received the email (even in your "spam" folders), please send an email to hello@beautieslab.co and we can help you troubleshoot.
Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase or receipt for unopened, unused items with a receipt.
For returns outside of in-store visits, email operations@beautieslab.co.
- In-store returns: No additional fees.
- Online returns: A $13.95 shipping fee + $2 restocking fee (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise specified.
Refunds:
- 0-7 days: Refund to original payment method.
- 8-15 days: Refund via gift card.
Exceptions:
- Opened, used, sale, discounted, and gift items cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Processing takes 1-3 business days.
Allergic Reactions
If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please inform us within 48 hours.
Please write to us at hello@beautieslab.co describing your issue, the product used, any other products used in combination if applicable, and send us photos of the reaction.
We will respond within 2 working days at the latest.
Promotions
Sale or Discounted Items
All sale items, discounted items, or gifts with purchase are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Price Adjustments During Promotions
If an online order was placed before the start of a promotion but has not yet been shipped, the discount will be honored in the form of a store credit.
For in-store pickup orders, price adjustments will only be granted if the order has not yet been picked up and was placed within the last 15 days.
No exceptions will be made.
Treatment Packages
Packages are not eligible for any additional discounts, including email incentives.
