FAQ
What is a HydraFacial and how is it different from a regular facial?
HydraFacial is a medical-grade treatment that uses patented technology to cleanse, extract, and hydrate the skin. Unlike a traditional facial, it uses a vortex-fusion device to deeply exfoliate and infuse serums with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid.
Can I get a HydraFacial while pregnant?
HydraFacials are safe in general, but not recommended during pregnancy due to certain active ingredients. We’ll gladly suggest a pregnancy-safe alternative!
Is HydraFacial suitable for all skin types?
Yes! HydraFacial is designed to be safe and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It targets a wide range of concerns like fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven tone, and congestion.
How often should I get a HydraFacial?
For best results, we recommend getting a HydraFacial once a month. This helps maintain clear, hydrated, and glowing skin over time.
Is there any downtime after a HydraFacial?
No downtime! You can return to your daily activities immediately. Your skin will feel refreshed, hydrated, and look radiant right after the treatment.
Are there any contraindications for HydraFacial?
HydraFacial is generally safe, but it’s not recommended if you have an active rash, sunburn, rosacea flare-up, or open wounds. It’s also best to avoid it during pregnancy unless approved by your doctor. If you're using prescription retinoids or have recently had a chemical peel, consult your esthetician first.
Packages FAQ
How do HydraFacial packages work?
Once your package is purchased, your sessions are added to your Beauties Lab profile. You can then book each appointment individually, at a time that works for you. Your Skin Specialist can recommend the ideal frequency based on your skin’s needs and the results you’re looking to achieve.
How do I purchase a package?
Packages are available directly through our online store and at our locations.
Simply select the package option you’d like when purchasing your treatment.
How do I use my sessions?
Once your package is purchased, your sessions are added to your client account.
You can then book your appointments as usual through our website. During your visit, our team will simply apply one session from your package to your profile.
There’s nothing you need to bring and no proof of purchase is required.
Are packages refundable?
Packages are subject to our terms and conditions of sale and are non-refundable.
I purchased a package, but I can’t see my remaining sessions. What should I do?
No worries! Contact us and our team will be happy to verify your package and confirm the number of sessions remaining on your account.
How long do I have to use my package?
Your package rate is valid for 12 months. After that, the value of any unused sessions remains as a credit on your account and can be applied toward the current regular price of the treatment. You’ll simply pay the difference, if applicable.
