My Order

We ship everywhere in Canada & the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska).

We do not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.

For US deliveries, the shipping cost will be determined at checkout, depending on your location and the size of your order. We’ll offer several delivery options with different carriers.

If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please let us know within 48 hours. Please send us details of what happened with pictures of the allergic reaction.

All online purchases shipped to the US are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by our team. Please contact us by email at if you have any problem with your purchase.

Once your package has been shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking number for any purchase of $25+.

If you have not received the email, please check your spam.

If you still can't find your tracking email, please contact us and we'll help you.

All stock orders will be processed within 2 to 5 days of purchase, Monday to Friday at noon, Eastern Time.

We try our best to make it as fast as possible for you! :)

If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and weekends.

Unfortunately, no, discounts or coupons are not applicable on our gift cards or online gift cards.

Unfortunately, yes. Since our booking platform is different than our e-commerce platform, you will need to create an additional account.

Please note that creating an account on our booking platform is essential to book a service with us. If you do not have an account, you will unfortunately be unable to book a service!

No, you don't need to create an account to earn points!

However, you will need an account to redeem the points you've earned.

Please create an account with the same email you've used for your previous orders with us. By doing so, your points will automatically be added to your new account.

If you've used more than one email address to complete orders with us and would like all of your points under the same email, please contact us.

To redeem your points, please make sure to:
