To use, simply turn the cap a quarter turn to unlock the bottle. Then, spray the sunscreen onto your body or face at least 15 minutes before going out in the sun. Reapply after 80 minutes if you're sweating heavily or swimming. And don't forget to apply again every two hours for continued protection while in the sun.
